Here a short breakdown video
Firsrly I modeled the head and the sweater. I add some detalil to the sweater using the sculpt tool.

I modeld and unwrapped the head. After this i paint the diffuse map in Blender using different skin reference image. I modeled also the hair using differents particle systems.

For the skin shader i used differents maps(normal, bump, reflect, rogughness). Above you can see the node tree for the skin shader

This is the final composite tree node. I rendered all the pass.
